UK DELIVERY

Express Delivery: £6.99

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and are typically delivered within 1–2 working days from the date you receive your dispatch confirmation email. All UK deliveries require a signature on receipt.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

DHL Express 1-2 Working Days : £50.00

Items delivered to destinations outside the UK may be subject to Customs duties and taxes, payable by the receiver.

IS MY ORDER INSURED DURING DELIVERY?

Yes. All orders dispatched by Dove House London are fully insured while in transit to ensure they are protected against loss or damage and delivered with a signature-required service for added peace of mind.

IN-STORE COLLECTION

If you choose to collect your order in store, your items will be held for up to one week from the order date. Collections can be made at a pre-organised time Monday-Friday. Please contact us to discuss collection timings.

DO SOME ITEMS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME?

Yes. Certain products, including made-to-order items, require additional production time.

Made-to-order pieces typically take approximately 4–6 weeks to be produced and delivered. While we always aim to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will notify you promptly.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched quickly. If you are unsure about the lead time for a specific product, please contact us.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are unable to ship items to multiple addresses within a single order. If you would like items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders for each address using individual checkouts.
